Delivering a successful training or workshop is so much more than reading off a slideshow. High interaction, leveraged experience and relatable examples form the cornerstones of my training ideology. All trainings and workshops are delivered with a personalised touch and a dash of light-hearted humour; the latter being an important component which tends to be overlooked much too often.
As a senior ITSM consultant with over ten years of relevant experience, I know the Service Management landscape like no other, and am keenly aware of the practical training needs of teams and organisations to stay afloat in a competitive business environment. After several years served as process manager and ad-hoc trainer at a major governmental institution, I decided to follow my passion and combine those things I do best: teaching business-oriented courses and writing fiction.
Over the years, I have collected a host of relevant certificates, including Prince 2 and ITIL4 Managing Professional. I'm also a native speaker of both English and Dutch, meaning any training or workshop can be delivered in either of these two languages, accent-free and using flawless grammar.
